    Favorite Hand
Does anyone have a hand -- like Doyle Brunson (no pocket pairs) that they do exceptionally well with? For instance - I always seem to do well with J-3 suited.

K9 is one of my favorites. I won a big tournament on full tilt one night with that hand and its done well for me ever since.

I will always play with a Q8 or Q9 suited, and most of the time when they aren't suited.

At pokerstars I call every raise pre-flop with 74suited.

JTs and J9s I like the most.

I really don't have a favorite hand in Hold 'Em. Maybe K8. I dunno.

            Full House

I won a nice pot with Q3 off suit -- limped in and ended up with a full house. I could have hit a couple of flushes last night on runner runner but I folded after the flop.

7-2 is my favorite hand without a doubt because it so easy to play... (I actually got knocked out in about five hands in a good sized Sunday tourney with it when I flopped a full house in the BB and someone who had a seven also ended up pairing up with on a later street to make a bigger boat after me)

On the other hand I hate A-4, especially live, because I always have to get it a second look to sure it not Aces because sighing and pitching it away...

                  Q/9 suited.

I've flopped a lot of straights with this hand. You have to play very aggressive after flopping a straight though. Straights don't improve but 2 pair/sets/flush draws can improve.

i lost with every possible combination of holdcards possible. so there is no favorite hands. i odn't like johnnies, tend to lose more often on all in pre flop.

So true. Everytime I try to collect more value for my straight by playing it slow I get busted by flush or house.

I had K9 the other day and called a pre-flop raise of $5 -- the flop came out A99; I checked, two others checked and the fourth guy bet $30 -- I raised to $60 -- fold, fold, and then the other guy went All - IN; He had Q9 -. My hand held up and I won a decent pot.

the hand i hate is 55. not when i have it, but when an opponent does. I was once the heavy favorite in 2 straight home game hands, and the guy hit trip 5's both times.

When a small pocket pair hits it is a killer.

Not couting the high pocket pairs I like 10-9 suited because like your 6-7 it is flexible. If your flop hits your hand in well disguised. Also, this is a hand I will only play cheaply before the flop.

Another hand I like to see a flop with for cheap is 7-5, again if my flop hits I can make a killing.
