You don't need a card, it's legal now for recreational use in Cali. Should be fine in So Cal.

Earlier in the year I said fuk the databases, but I live in Cali. In fact, I got card the that exempts me from the sales tax. Costs $50 a year and I saved hundreds, if not into a grand this year alone.
They never could tell me why it was better and why they encouraged me to get it. It was their tax they are losing. They kept telling me that I was safer with the card if I ran into the law. I said that's what the med recommendation is for, how can I be safer? She just smiled.
Then I took a photo, she said I couldn't smile, for the card.
Shady as shit, I'm in some system, but I saved the 15% tax all year and there will be more taxes coming. Dudes will pay close to 25% tax.
Not me.
I might have sold my soul though. Of course, back then it wasn't legal other than the med side.
Oh yeah, forgot to mention that during the time I am exempt from taxes, I am not allowed to buy a gun.

Yeah, buds come and go, GDP a good medicine but other buds coming through seem better for smoking.
