Was about to write about this likely play with Cinci RL and the line movement, but I believe we are at a market bottom here.

I think sharper players will move the market up from here. One issue, this game is in 3 hours and the last hour of trading could send this line the other way, as the Dodgers get bought up. I'm going with a small rise in the line to cushion that later drop, putting it back to these levels.
