My next door neighbor (owns a record label) very rich got broken into in January.. First time ever.. They weren't at home and got robbed..

I know the crack addicts and black people today that live in Compton because I worked for a Property Management Company called Playa Vista Property Management in Marina Del Rey, California in my late 20's and I managed bank owned (REO) foreclosed properties in Compton and Inglewood. I had to keep them rented and running to sell for the banks.... That's how I got introduced to the hood.. I had to go to the hoods in the morning before the gang bangers woke up and the bullets started flying.. I got to know the people on welfare and Section 8 HUD housing that lived in the buildings I managed.. I liked them, mostly blacks....
