I was set to defend the 2 guys but the shop asked politely and then so did the police after they got called. As someone that used to work in law enforcement I can tell you the police officers were just doing their job.

Would any other restaurant let anyone come sit at a table want to use the restroom and not order anything, maybe they do and I don’t realize it, then again I don’t eat inside fast food joints? To me the Starbucks CEO is punk who caved on his own company policy. He just set a dangerous precedent for others to do this on purpose. Those two guys had a lawyer ready to sue within hours over discrimination.

Now if they think they were singled out illegally they most certainly can take it up with a complaint, lawsuit, or protest but it doesnt change the resulting trespass. They were trespassed for not leaving when requested and given a legitimate and legal reason. I hate that businesses cave in to this BS but it's all about the dollar and maintaining a positive company image with the largest customer base, not right or wrong. Starbucks had every right to kick them out, the police were just doing their job.
