5:06 is just a box camera, a few others in the pic have the same type of camera. Google Garrincha mobile phone and you’ll find a clearer image than the video shows. No time traveler there

Most of these are quite easily explanable.

Beyond the funny fiction and fantasy, time travel is physically impossible (in our universe as created beings) due to the laws of physics - to signal something you have to be able to go faster than the speed of light, which is not possible let alone pressing relativity enough to go back any period of time to signal, for anything with mass (light doesn't have any).

A piece of the puzzle could involve Neptune (ruling images}currently residing in it's home sign of Pisces. This more powerful than normal generational transit started in 2011 and concludes in 2025. The last time in history for this happening was in the 1850/1860's when camera's didn't exist. As humans what are sense perception picking up ? Is this evolving or changing in a slow yet real way we can't perceive just yet?There are various time slip theory advocates that have attempted to explain what this is all about. Simple answer at this point. IT's a mystery we don't know.

I've also read this transit is a repeat of the Civil War race tensions which have yet to be resolved at a collective conscience level.

If you freeze the frame at 8:28 it looks like someone in older clothing wearing i guess overalls or something clearly a person .m You may have to do it a couple times to get the perfect look a got a good one
