Religious beliefs are theology. It's a philosophy that cannot be disproven guided by the Providence of an unhuman higher being.
The Covid response is daily being proven to be both unscientific, unsuccessful and unwarranted. It's continued implementation isn't done on a belief in science or a higher power but rather on the belief that Government is never wrong and has the ability to grant rights to people regarding their eligibility to work, dine out, travel, access health services, etc.
In there lies the fallacy of the liberal POV. Government doesn't have those powers, GOD bestowed those rights onto every citizen, and we live under a rule of law that prohibited the Government from taking away those rights.
Liberals do not like that....Liberalism is more akin to a religion, with the Government being the God, the Mobs dictate being the rules that all shall obey- regardless of circumstances and to the detriment of the minority, and the equal outcome of misery applied to all as the salvation.Comment
