I wanted to win 1 last parlay so I wouldn't feel like such a giant loser before I quit

You sure you were going to even quit if you won or were you looking to keep going to break even or get ahead. Gambling is very difficult once you lose a bunch to get it back to even once you dig a whole. Learn from someone who knows from experience. You need to quit and quit now.

just work more, get a 2nd job like most americans and pay your debt with 200k a year 100k in debt is nothing.

I know people with 40k in debt making 20k a year, and they arent crying instead busting their balls to be debt free

Are there any tips on how to help deal with intense withdrawal symptoms? I have a beautiful life - good job, good friends and family, good looking wife. I hate myself for allowing this to ruin me

Here is a link to some resources for people in USA and Canada dealing with gambling addiction and problem gambling. Seems like a very serious issue that needs professional help on the level of a drug addiction. The guy in the video said there are high suicide rates, getting help is very important, could literally save your life. The guy in the video said there are no federal resources but resources are at the state level for USA.
