Sharp
While everybody else is playing golf this guy is playing piñata
Fuk man, I sure do love me some KVB Sausage Muffin with egg.
Eating it almost daily.
But that sausage patty isn't exactly conducive to an anti inflammatory diet attempt.
Fuk.
I am patient, I have discipline. You all know this. You've seen me post hudreds of plays, see the worst of streaks and drops, and yet I maintained. And even watched the markets soar. You all know what it takes to really be abler to manage money in sportsbetting. Patience and disciline. You know I have at least a little of each.
But that KVB Muffin.
Fuk. The struggle is real. Can I walk the walk of an anti inflammatory diet? Or is more important to make sure I actually eat? lol
Fuk
Nasher, Doves, DDD, Jerky, we are all banged up. DDD will heal most certainly, but add that to the other breaks and ankles, he feels the weather sometimes, I'm sure of it. lol
Props to Malted, motherfukker isn't trying to survive with a healthy diet, that sumbitch is thriving with one.
And his ass has pictures to prove it.
CashFlow and I have always tended to zig and zag with our ups and downs, I haven't been in good touch. I am a bad friend.
Don't even know if that's his number still since he busted his phone way back when and wasn't in hurry to get up and running.
I am a bad friend, sometimes reaching out isn't best side. That is the case here.
"Rat in a drain ditch, caught on a limb, you no better but I know him."
CashFlow, check in pal.
"The rag man he draws circles
Up and down the block.
I'd ask him what's the matter
But I know he won't talk..."

Steve Nash -
Let's get that BP down brother.
Take care of the intake of plaque-causing chow.
Stents are not a game you want to play often.
I have had my chest ripped open and a five-vein
bypass.
You are a sharp man and a much admired poster.
Take care of yourself and don't disappoint the doggos.

This is what we know.
I have a tremendous health plan (Yale) on of the benefits of working for corporate.
I get test results delivered to mycharts.com portal the second the doctors get them.
As of 4pm the first blood test results are in.
My cholesterol level in dead center normal. (very good news)
There is no added sugar or salt to anything I eat, I never reach for a salt shaker, and there's enough sugar in fruit juices and I don't add sugar to cereal etc. so it's no surprise that the sodium level on this blood test is to the left of normal (the good side) my sodium levels are perfect.
My diet for the most part is solid.
We still don't know the exact reason why my BP levels are all of a sudden very high.
So are the new meds have got the numbers down to 160 from 190.
These new meds do knock me the hell out though.
The hospital called at 5pm, they want me in on Monday for stress tests.
We'll know more next week.

Worried?
No
Thanks for checking in.
Appreciate that.

Thanks.
Sounds like you're in good hands and on a good course.
MYCHART is a great tool any where in the country.
They finished the game 114-111, blowing through the opening Total. That line dropped a lot in trading, some 222 down to 215, but I don't think it represented the pressure that was really on that line.
The pressure on this Total was ridiculous. Especially from a money perspective.
A lot of big money went down here, the successful kind of money.
Almost felt like a "late adjustment" in that game.
