Only if the book moves the other side into your favor.

We are subject to what they offer us.

In that video I talk about the book that takes the -160/+140 line and starts moving to -170 or even -180 on that overbet square line, but doesn't raise the dog price. He gets all that extra "hold" on all that square action.

A good book will raise that dog price, reduce their hold, but have much more volume as they bring the other side.

They don't always do the same things each day, even in the face of the same pressure, the book knows it customers and will get what they want.

That's last sentence could be whole video itself.

I slow cooked my baby backs for 3 hours this week wrapped in foil in the oven on 250 degrees & it wasn’t enough. Still somewhat tender, but not fall of the bone as I planned. 9 hours DS impressive !

try marinating them for a few hours or better yet, over night. It breaks it down. Soy sauce works well. Apple cider vinegar too.

slow cooker rocks. No need to marinade. Nothing to do but wait. Added garlic, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, soy sauce salt, pepper, liquid smoke, apple cider vinegar and then broccoli right at the last few minutes.

One of my favorite episodes from the Incredible Hulk called "Jake" (season 3 episode 6)

Hulk out #1...Banner is trying to help his cowboy friends Jake and his younger brother Leon who has a gambling problem and gets involved with a cattle rustling gang....and they have to teach a city boy to mind his own business!....I will never forget my dad busting out laughing when Hulk corralled the two cowboys and gave them a taste of their medicine....

hulkout #2....we've seen Hulk throw a grizzly bear across a lake, kick a gorilla's ass, and now a 1,600lb. bull is no match for Hulk!
