This is probably a good time to buy just about anything.. No one is spending money anymore when they are shut down with no income, probably gonna try to sell their stuff for cheap now.

I fully expect real estate to drop now, that market hasn't been hit just yet but it will.. Wait...

Home prices should definitely drop on reduced demand.

Simply as it will become much harder to find those who can afford the payments.

On workers reduced employment and employers' revenue drop.
