The need to laugh: Who are good standup comics?

I would like to laugh for a while. Who are some good stand up comics?

Rhod Gilbert - Heavy Welsh accent, but goes off into all sorts of rants on the smallest of things:

Dane Cook gets a bad rap but i enjoy is comedy if you sell out arenas you must be doing something right.My favorites are Cook,Doug Stanhope,Joe Rogan,Louis CK his show on FX Is great Dave Atell,Bobby Kelly and Nick Swardsen but Swardsen appeals more to the younger crowds like Cook.
