I always felt ICS was buggy - nobody would confirm this. The update in software to Jelly Bean is worth it. Much much better than ICS.

Like Mikey I'm still sporting the iPhone 3gs. I don't take videos or many pictures with it, it has wifi and loads internet pages at more than reasonable speeds. Not sure why even now I'd be moving up even with my ATT upgrade being almost a year old now.

This is a good point. Macs are another example. 12 year ago Apple used to come to our PC sales company and do demos and we'd laugh because they were selling computers with 1.3 mhz processors when PCs had a whopping 2.0. The macs worked better than the crappy old windows platform machines and thats what should have mattered. But the difference was the same as whats happening now... the apps, or back then the programs. You had to have MS Office and MS Explorer and you had to be able to play the games everyone else was. Now the apps are those programs and they are running on the better mobile OS software.

I had to bump this thread to say congrats to Iwin and the other AAPL backers. I can't believe the excitement is still there. I'm still not buyin but glad you guys are still winning! Man, the sales are killing it.

Now these Ipad mini rumors could be really good for sales. I never understood why these ipads with att phone numbers attached to them can't make calls through the headphones. If the ipad mini has the phone plans too... we are talking about giant Iphone 5s right?
