2017 SBR Bash Itinerary: SBR PRO Party in Punta Cana!

SBR Forum Bash 2017

• When: Saturday, February 4 - Sunday, February 5, 2017
  
  
• Where: All Inclusive Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana, DR (View website)
  
  
• Who can register?: The first 40 SBR Pros to register will receive free rooms for the two full nights of the SBR Bash (2/4/2017 & 2/5/2017). SBR Pros who register after this will be placed on a waiting list or upgraded to a room immediately at SBR's discretion. Users who have attended at least one SBR Bash will be given priority.
  
  
• Early Arrivers/Late Leavers: Users who wish to arrive early or stay late will receive the SBR discount for up to three days before & after the event dates. These users must register using an SBR provided hotel link; SBR will distribute this link and further instructions to users who indicate via the sign-up form below that they will be arriving or departing beyond the covered nights.

I'm assuming there will be some verification email confirming youre in?

We will send the first PM after registration fills up. In order to remain on the SBR bash confirmed list, users will have to provide proof of travel by a certain date both to confirm attendance and so we can arrange for their travel from the airport to the Hard Rock. Users who fail to respond to three PM and email attempts will be removed from the list so someone from the waiting list can be bumped up.

I also chose the option to find my own ride. What did you guys do last year to get from airport to/from the resort? I think Philly said he rented a car, I might do that. I plan on staying for 3-5 extra days so it would be a good way to see the island.

We Cabbed it but we had 6 people in my group. We had 2 rooms at the Westin the night before.
