Early thoughts?

Thoughts are Uconn is clicking, has NBA players, and like I said before returning to true form that should have had them higher than #4.
Line is probably stupid low, but maybe there's a reason for that.
I have to dig further but it's got to be tough to bet against Uconn right now.
Otherwise, I've got a lot to consider, including tomorrow still on the table.
You know me, I need to get the forecasts down. That non-predicitive public gauge has been gaining some real big Uconn momentum, and there's a good reason why.
I'm sure I'll have Uconn winning by more than that. But we'll see. There is many adjustments for short term trading tourney ball.
For now, we chill.

Love UConn - They have the bigs to slow down Timme - Huskies Final 4 bound and could win the whole shebang!Comment

Books are baiting you to take UConn. Don't fall for the trap. Wait to bet live as noone knows how this game will go. My hunch is UConn jumps to an early lead and then Zaga wins at the end. So you will be able to get Zaga live at a much better number.Comment

It looks rather easy to pick UConn after last night’s games but they played an absolutely clueless Arkansas team whose strength is getting to the glass, and that’s exactly where UConn thrives defensively. Gonzaga will be way more well coached and way more skilled at every position than Arkansas and this will be a completely different animal for them to contend with. And also everyone always wants to discount Timme but he’s dealt with a lot in his day and he’ll be more up for the task than you realize. Zags will stretch the defense also which Arkansas just doesn’t do. I mean they built a new subdivision worth of houses in that last game, just absolutely putrid shooting. So I lean Gonzaga here…could see Pavy’s strategy working out too. UConn is also very good though (and criminally underseeded), so looking forward to seeing how the line and everything shakes out before I pull the trigger. Definitely looks way too easy to take UConn though, I’ll say that to closeComment

Mack is that a UConn logo I see as your avatar???? Don’t take it personal man. UConn can very well win the game in the fashion that you describe. But you’re also saying UConn will outscore the team with the number one adjusted offensive efficiency rating in the country, so this is not a given either.Comment

Jordan Hawkins is a SOPHOMORE.
He's having pretty much the same season Napier had as a SENIOR.
Hawkins is having a much better season as a sophomore than Hawkins was.
Stop it Johnny, you're talking to four UCONN fans that post regularly here, not just me, but three others haven't missed a UConn game in ages.
Plus, Napier was playing in a much softer league in 2014 than Hawkins in 2023, not to mention Napier was pretty much a one trick pony, UConn has three starters that average double digits in points.
Hey, I loved what Napier did in 2014 and all, Hawkins should be a NBA lottery pick when he comes out, Napier was an NBA bust.

My thoughts?
This game is a stone cold pick IMO.
If I wasn't a UCONN homer, and if I could get +125 or +130 on a money line, than I could make an argument for getting + money on a coin flip, and if one really likes Gonzaga, that might be the way to go.
UConn is 12-2 in their last 14, 11-3 ATS.
Six of those 14 games were ageist nationally ranked top 25 teams.
Now reread tis last paragraph, and after doing so ask yourself this...
"Are you sure you want to fade that"?
I can make a strong case for UConn as well.
Passing on the side.
To those who say Hurley is outcoached or is a poor coach, I'll tell them this...
"Have you been watching much UConn hoops lately, clearly you have not"
Hurley has been making all the perfect adjustments the second half of the season.
Casual fans miss the ingame subtle adjustments he makes.
Iona and Pitino played the perfect, flawless first half in the first round.
Pitino did a lot of trapping which UConn didn't expect.
Down two at the half, Hurley adjusted by taking the ball right at Iona, didn't let them get set.
UConn wins the 2H by a thousand points. (that's hyperbole fellas)
Hurley outcoached Arky by a mile...
UConn rotates three redwoods, two seven footers and Sanogo, who isn't seven feet tall, he's 'only' 6' 9" but plays like he's 7' 2", and Sanogo is playing hungry, he's playing like he's on a mission now, he's a force, 21/10 so far this tournament.
I'm sick of Timmee, good luck getting to the rim tonight Mr. Timmee, you're going to be greeted rudely by not trees, but a forest.
Don't get me wrong, I don't hate on Timmee, he's a goof, I can relate to goof balls, I'm one, even in real life.
WCC v. Big East?
Two conference powerhouses, which conference you want to back here?
Both teams are peaking exactly at the right time, something has to give.
If you aren't watching this game tonight, you flat out don't like college hoops.
UConn wins by a bucket, can't bet the side.
If you like Gonzaga, grab the 2.5, or the +121 money line, that lines hasn't budged since the opener.
Me?
I'm betting the over 153.5. 2*
If I didn't have hip issues, I would have figured out a way to get to Vegas to watch this one.
Since I can't get to Las Vegas I'll watch this at home, on the big screen, with my blue Husky cap on, the one with the Husky dog on the front, chanting this...
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">U-C-O-N-N UCONN UCONN UCONN! <br><br>Bring that Big Red energy tonight, UConn Nation! <br><br>Reply with a photo or video of you showing us the U-C-O-N-N chant with all your Huskies gear on- the most enthusiastic fans might earn themselves some free swag <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/ThisIsUConn?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5 Etfw">#ThisIsUConn</a> | <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/PullTheSled?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5 Etfw">#PullTheSled</a> <a href="https://t.co/3H4WNINrSL">pic.twitter.com/3H4WNINrSL</a></p>— UConn Men's Basketball (@UConnMBB) <a href="https://twitter.com/UConnMBB/status/1373372991111827460?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw" >March 20, 2021</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>Comment

On the women's side, So. Carolina is the team to beat this year.
UConn this afternoon has a real tough matchup against Ohio State, their 14 consecutive final four streak is in danger there.
There's a real good game on right now on ESPN.
Maryland and Notre Dame.
There are about six teams, borderline eight that can win the women's championship.
The ladies are a good watch, don't dismiss the women.Comment

Both UConn men and women won the national championship in 2004 and 2014.
