Not recieving points! HELP!

I started my account at a friends house (he already had his own account), now i came back home and tried to use my username and i am not receiving any points. This is the first account that i tried to use under this IP address and I don't understand why i can't get points. can somebody please help me! Do i need to fill out a form or something?

I tried to create a completely new account under this IP address and that account doesn't receive points. I only want one account to work, but neither one works. HELP!

I would presume that if you dont recieve point,someone already is registered from your ip.
