I think I agree here, although I would say that Louisville (even with a win over WVU) also does not belong. Before getting rid of USC, I'd probably remove Notre Dame.

I agree that Louisville is a bit high as well. I'd still take any of the big 4 in the SEC (not Arkansas) pk against them on a neutral field, as well as Cal.

#11 and #12 are nowhere near as good as #13, and I think Wisky, OU, and Clemson are better than ND and Arkansas as well.
I would say Arkansas at #12 is slightly more overrated than Notre Dame at #11, though neither is a top 15 team, IMO.
