Like the title, I sent 980 XRP(Ripple) to Bookmaker.eu, haven't received it to my accout after 1 day.
Contacted them, they just keep told me "It has not been sent to OUR processor" and "Nothing we can do at this point".
This is the transaction hash. I'm sure my XRP was sent to the correct Address and Destination
