Can anything be done about the people who continually abuse their forum privledges by making false accusations without any proof, and disrupting the other forum users? They continually copy and paste the same blatant lies, with no proof, and have continually done so.

Without anything being done, the lies have gotten bigger and bigger and now its just running out of control. Can you enforce forum bans or penalties or something to get this forum back to user friendly?
