Is there a way to 'follow' certain posters?

Would like to follow maybe 5-10 excellent, serious posters.

It is just too difficult at the moment to find the noteworthy posts when the forum is drowning in power posting morons.

How about a way to block anyone who averages more than 25 posts a day?
