Can someone explain to me how SBR.tv moderates?

Pavy, I don't think SBR.tv does any moderation, rather that account has been given Moderator permissions in order to manage the threads it creates, such as Stickying them to the top of relevant sub-forums and diverting posts which detract from the message of the thread.
