I love the new format, thank you techies for what seems to me as a huge effort tonight. I am surprised however that it took management this long to figure it out!!!

Structure never hurt anyone, and a vision of what's to come would be good too!

mad, this process has been in the works for a while now. but, it wasn't going to be done. til management felt there was enough traffic to accommodate the restructuring.
