The ability to mute/censor individual posters in a thread

I would like to see added to the site...the ability to mute/censor individual posters from appearing in my radar with some sort of personal global setting.

My eyes hurt and I tire of the bile of some people...in particular this poster who I would like to have muted/censored everything this individual writes.

yes. others will be able to see the posts of the OP you have on ignore but to you it won't show anymore. It's a great tool. I have used it many times here. The only downside is if the ignored OP creates a thread you will still see it's title. Just don't go in the thread.
