    "Score Draw" vs "Draw"
    Are they the same thing?

For the France-England game, I can bet "Draw" @ 3.10 but there is also a winning margin option for "Score Draw" @ 4.50. Under this category, there is also "No Goal in Match" @ 7.00.

Just wondering if "Score Draw" means the teams have to score a goal and draw (i.e. 1-1, 2-2) or does it include 0-0?

I think the Score Draw refers to any Draw EXCEPT the scoreless 0-0 Draw
