What is Sparta fighting for to keep it close? There aren't a lot of games left in the league and Twente are in danger of Ajax catching up, wrong time to bet on dogs IMO, I'm staying away GL.

Sparta will be focusing on other games, they will have already accepted defeat and don't be surprised if they rest players.

I wrote in my thread about the fact Twente had a 3-1 goal ration at home compared to Sparta's 1-3. That was a bad match for Sparta considering the Dutch cup result. twente wanted to make a statement that the league is theirs.
