I've been using Sportsbook.com for a while now and have been pretty happy. Recently made a withdrawal (which takes 6 weeks or so) and don't want to cancel it to reload my account. Used betus.com in the past but they don't do ML bets for NFL. Sooo...anyone have any suggestions? Have to be able to take a CC from the States and it would be nice if they actually paid out, preferably by a mailed check. I hear a lot of talk of 5 dimes...
