    TOPBET Fraud
Hi All, I am new to SBR. Although I realize that many of you already know about the shady background of Topbet, I wanted to post about my recent experience so that nobody else gets burned by these guys.

Long story short, Topbet has recently sent multiple customers payout checks written from a closed account. Their CS is responding with standard emails, and is not picking up the phone. I have read that this is happening to multiple people. I don't know whether this is a Topbet issue or a processor issue (I have read that Topbet claims it does its own payment processing), but either way they are defrauding their customers.

I was a victim of Covers' recommendation of Topbet. I should have done more research before I did business with them, but alas, live and learn. I have made the switch to 5Dimes. I would like to encourage everyone to spread the word that Topbet has gone under, and that nobody should deposit money with them. Also, IMO, SBR should put them on its black list.

I will report back if I ever hear from Topbet. Not holding my breath.

    V.

    Topbet Scam

Same issue with topbet. They sent a check and stopped payment on it. Called them and they said it was their processor. Not holding my breath that they will send valid funds. DO NOT USE TOPBET!!!!
    Well Operated Scam!!!!,

topbet and covers are run by total scumbags.

Hope you get your money. It's possible that it is a processor issue, but even if it is a processor that got busted or took the money and ran Topbet might use that as an excuse to take the rest of the customers money and fold up. That's what Beted did to covers customers when they lost a payment processor...another scam covers book that folded up and stole everyone's money and disappeared.
Covers.com has once again promoted a dubious sportsbook to their "Where to Play" list. Are their readers ready for another slaughter?
