So i deposited at this place and got a cash bonus for it $300 and $150 in bonus, the roll on it is 15x which comes out to $6750. I know its a high roll but i wanted to try them out. So today is when i thought i finished my rollover cause i keep track of everything, i wanted to get it all right by going to chat to get them to check it early so i can request a payout tommorrow. So i come to find out that im not done with my rollover because the have a number that im at i have completed $4627 out of $6750, they claim that moneylines over -200 don't count(ok thats fine not 1 wager i did was over this), then they say that all other moneylines count only at 50% towards rollover to look at there terms page( ok i check and the only thing that says 50% moneylines that only count are baseball moneylines, sure no problem i didn't even bet 1 baseball line). So i look threw this page read it all real good nothing says what the rep is saying about moneylines, i only bet football and basketball moneylines so far.
Here is the rules page so u can read: ("Rollover Volume"All Sportsbook wagers count towards Rollover Volume with the exception of Moneylines over -200. Baseball money lines wagers over -200 do not count towards rollover. All other Baseball Moneyline wagers count as 50% towards rollover volume.)
This is the amount they come for me to roll: ("Rollover"
Rollover is calculated at 3 times per 10% of bonus given to the player. Example: A 20% deposit bonus would require 6 time rollover of deposit and Bonus. As of September 6, 2012 Casino games no longer count for Rollover. Rollover is calculated using the lower of risk or win amount. Real money bonuses up to $100 must be rolled over in 30 days or less. Bonus amounts between $101 - $250 must be rolled over in 60 days or less. Bonus amounts of $251+ must be rolled over in 90 days or less. Failure to meet the specified rollover may result in winnings and bonuses being prorated.
This is where they come for the amount of time i have to finish the rollover which is 60days for me since i got a $150 cash bonus: ("Cash Bonuses"
When a player receives a Cash Bonus he must meet all the attached rollover requirements prior to requesting a withdrawal. The rollover requirements are attached to varying, specific promotional offers and cannot be changed. The player has 90 days from the issuance of said bonuses to meet the attached rollover requirement. Players are required to have fulfilled all rollover requirements prior to any requested withdrawal. If a player requests a withdrawal prior to completing the rollover requirement, only his original deposit less any sustained net losses will be returned.)
I am beyond mad that im having to deal with this especially when i gave them enough action already, now they say about some rule that doesn't seem to exist. Anybody have any experience with them? How about these rules they r trying to enforce on me? Before i file a complaint i need advice from u guys here, if this is true then i will just keep betting until im done but i don't see it that way right now.....
