This is absolutely stunning. I joined 5Dimes and bet with them about for a month. I have never seen worst Customer Service...
Their lines are GRADE A, I received my deposit(s) in timely fashion.
However, I went to make my second deposit... They gave me the ring around for over an hour how the fault of the deposit being declined was on my bank
I was on the phone with Bank for 1 hour + --- Bank swore they weren't even seeing a transaction being attempted ALL Day. I had tried about 5+x at 5D for the deposit.
5Dimes Customer Service kept feeding me " Sir, it is your bank, nothing we can do."
How can it be a bank when they don't even see ATTEMPTED Transactions...
I asked them numerous times is the Processor down? They replied No it is your bank everytime
I am shocked, I am a fukkin penny pusher compared to some of the guys who bet over there.. They are scared of my action though, go figure.
