Update: Wagerweb lowers rollover from 10x to 5x

Wagerweb has said they have listened to player feedback and are addressing concerns and questions. SBR has quoted Wageweb on the following topics.

Reduced rollover:

We wanted to assist players by giving them fast access to their accounts but we also wanted players to try out our products and see what we have to offer. Keeping that in mind we have decided to lower the rollover from 10x to 5x and encourage players to redeem their balance immediately if they feel that is best for them. Some players have already done so.

Currency issue:

The balances originally were to begin being credited on Monday 22, 2013. Because the process was fast tracked we are still collecting data and correcting the amounts that were not properly converted from global currencies. This is near completion but we appreciate customer patience.

Players who have requested funds prior to WW involvement:

As mentioned above, we are still collecting data. This will take a few days to verify player balances as well as verifying funds that were not received. Please rest assured that everyone who has an existing balance or pending withdrawal will be made whole. Anyone with questions should email matt@wagerweb.com.
