Update.... completed rollover so now set to 0/0 on calculate rollover. Requested withdrawal for 8k via skrill. approved within a day now waiting for payment. Requested 48 hours ago and counting. Rollover was pretty hard going for a 2.5k bonus and a 50k rollover with the lesser of winnings / risk counting but achieved. I have another 11k left in the account.

I warn all of you reading this that Betonline will do everything in their power to not pay you. Between ridiculous rollovers, slow customer service, multiple requests for the same information, and long response times. Even if you get paid it will not have been worth the aggravation. Avoid at all costs.

Just received payout into skrill..... This is probably the quickest I've ever received a payout from BOL 3 days in total..... Just another 2 payouts with their 8k limit per week. I'll keep you posted... (and no I don't work for them!!)

from all the stuff I heard in the past about slow payouts that why I stayed away from them and I did not agree with the rollover on the free plays after you lost all your money and still had to roll that over on your next deposit before can make withdral, does make it more difficult.But I think with this book if you stay away from bonuses and CC depposits you can get paid quickly.like i said I had 50.00 FREE PLAYover 4000.00 and got paid quite fast but any of these online sites can be gone in the blink of the eye with your money when i bet heavy now i take the 3 1/2 hour ride to las vegas been doing that alot lately but when i lived in miami i couldn't so sometime you have no choice i hate locals.

All u gotta do is go on chat and let them know that you have extra rollover. Then they will tell u they will send it to the right department to check it out. Within 24 hours they fix it. Very simple process to get your rollover fixed from previous rollovers.

just checked my tracking number my express payout is here in phoenix az already and scheduled for delivery before 10.00am monday morning,will let you know how it looks when open. if this is the case 5 days total from request and my front door ,thats dam fast.

I just wanted to give an update. I was contacted by BOL about my experience and then a manager (Stephen) personally phoned me and took care of my issue and said he would also look into the CSR who I spoke with. He also stated they would be adding more phone CSRs.

This issue was resolved in less than 24 hours after making a post on here. I do really appreciate the issue being first addressed and secondly how quickly it was acknowledged and is being worked.

I just wanted to say that I'm satisfied, and wanted to let everyone know my experience with BOL in that aspect.

Hadn't used B-O-L for a very very long time due to the previously mentioned very slow payouts & general negative reports....but decided to try them again this weekend for a few hundred bucks due to more positive comments on this thread. If the experience is satisfactory then I'll use B-O-L again in future for higher amounts

Next withdrawal made 8 days after last left Bol balance for 8k seems to be going according to plan. I'm uk based and use skrill as deposit / withdrawal. Used Bol 2 years ago and took 2 weeks for withdrawal via skrill or money bookers as it was then so looks to be improving.
Also honoured 0-0 refund on over 2.5 goal in soccer bet with a $250 free play. Looks sound to me but big rollover requirements and irritating that the push result not counting toward rollover requirements ..... But a 100% bonus free play is not to be sniffed at.... I'm pretty happy with them.....

So it has taken this long to receive my winnings. Needless to say it was incredibly frustrating experience with request for information/re-requests for information after confirming receipt of the first request...etc. And then the incredibly long delay between "your request was processed" to when i received the money. at least i got paid, but it should not be this difficult. will no longer use them.

I have used BOL for about 6 months now. Finally got to a point where I am making withdraws. I have had 4 P2P payouts in the last 2 weeks (2 ** and 2 **). These went very fast. I did just receive a $2500 express check via DHL. I am waiting on a wire which they are still in their time frame and they tell me it should be in acct by Nov 5. Keeping my fingers crossed. I also have 3 more express checks and another wire. I like the ** and ** payouts but you can only do up to $800 and fees are a little high but I don't mind paying it. ** is easy as you can go to Walmart and they always have the cash on hand. ** is a pain sometimes because the places never have the funds in the register.

I typically play in the Live Casino but they have been putting weekly limits on it. Horse Racing has been great as they pay 7% even on a show payout that pays $2.10.

Tested poker and that seemed to work pretty well.

All and all I say its been a pretty good experience. Hoping to get the money I have requested soon.
