I think most people will tell you 5Dimes is at the top of their list for U.S. players. I don't think they charge you either for CC deposits but I don't know if that has changed.Comment -

Bookmaker has also been around for many years and is also as solid as they come. Truly a standup type book that caters to both the recreational as well as the professional player and offers a wide verity of wagering options.
Bodog (SBR Rated A)
Bodog has been around for many years as well and is a recreational type book that does offer some nice betting lines if your a dog type bettor however, some posters have posted that they do use dual lines on occasion. So even with that being said this book still a viable option until if and when they start to do things of that nature to you.
Betislands (SBR Rated B-)
Betislands is relatively a fairly new book however, it's operated by some very respected operators and has a very strong financial backing. They also run there operations from the Jazz facilities so I don't feel there should be many issues when it comes to customer support at all.Comment -
