Is Tipico.com scam?

I want will apologise for my bad English.
I have a question on sportsbook Tipico.com.
I know, it not monitoring on SBR, but can you prompt to me that to me to do.
I am from Russia. On October, 05th 2010 I have opened the account in tipico.com. The bonus didn't receive.
In 2-3 months to me have limited the size of the bet to 99 euros for a winner. I continued to play.
For deposit/withdraw I used moneybookers.
On October, 05th to 2011 me have blocked (deactivated) the account and have accused of infringement of rules:
"Customers must place their bets as individual persons. Should one or more
customers try to place the same bet several times, their bets can be reversed....."
All my money has been confiscated.
The support answers all questions:
"Kindly note that this is the final decision of our Security Department and is not open for further discussion."
But the most insulting that at me only one account. Anybody from my family, friends has no account in tipico.com. I there is nobody I do not discuss the my bets.
What to me to do? Or it is necessary to forget about the stolen money simply?
Whether has sense to fill the complaint form?

Tipico is good company for now licensed in Malta.

Tipico (Not Rated) did/does have an outstanding complaint levied against which you can read about here. Now whether or not it's been resolved I don't know at this time however, as Mr.Champi did mentioned above. Tipico is a malta based book so with that being said you might want to read this thread as well sir.

not so popular book but safe. I know a lot of people in Turkey and Germany using it. never heard a complaint about payout

Tipico (Not Rated) did/does have an outstanding complaint levied against which you can read about here. Now whether or not it's been resolved I don't know at this time however, as Mr.Champi did mentioned above. I have specially written "?" in the theme name. I never will prove that I played one. They won't prove that I played syndicate. But they so have solved - and I have lost the money.

this is absurd why would a syndicate would want to bet in tipico their odds are not realy recreational

What are recreational odds? 2 cent lines on everything? Tipico is a good book. No book without an odds system like Pinnacle or the asian books can offer good odds on everything. But when you search you can find there some good odds.

I cannot agree with you. Among other european bookmakers Tipico does not stand a chance. They limit you quickly, even though they have odds that are on the same level as Bet-at-home's or Danske Spil's.
And I have yet to see them offer any odds that are higher than any other bookmaker.

They have an easy bonus to clear, but other than that, they simply got nothing to offer their bettors.

I have seen them many times having the highest or at least one of the highest odds after others dropped. Of course if you take advantage of it, you will be limited to 10 Euros soon

similar story here. not using them recently, but have no bad experience at all. 3 free payouts weekly if you need them.
