10K EUR, Marathonbet.com account blocked more than month

I regiser my account on 03 november 2013, made a deposit and won is about 10 000 EUR, on 08 november my account was suspended and marathonbet.com request my documents. I sent one kind of docs and wait is about week, after they request another kind of documents and again wait is about week, last time i sent my documents on 14 november and 20 december i received next email:
Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked whilst we have been conducting a routine review.
Immediately i contact them by chat they didn't give me any information and timeframes. On 20 december also i sent an email to marathonbet.com management, yesterday and today i contacted them by chat about my email request, and twice agent told than they will contacted me at the same day but i still not receive any reply from them, and they don't want to give any information by chat.

I had no problem there so far, but i did already reduce my balance there, too many complains...

permanently close your account, as we have strong reasons to believe your
account was not created for genuine gaming purposes.

bets placed in accordance to our terms and conditions.

All bets placed on your account have been made void and your membership with
Marathonbet has been terminated.

Please do not create any additional accounts. Any duplicate accounts detected
will be closed, all bets placed will be made void.

We consider this matter to be closed and will not enter into further
correspondence about the closure of your account.

I am facing a similar prob with them with almost the same amout(around 9800 euro)..
I am waiting already 7 days(they closed my acc after withdrawing my balance) just to hear the same excuses about security checks but in my case the acc is a bit older(5 months)and i have wagered huge amounts and hundrends of bets.
its very weird because in the past i had also provided all the docs they asked for and i was betting almost every day for 5 months..
I have already filled the complaint form of sbrand waiting for u assistance because i am desperate

I notice as far as Chrome Browser there is a Marathon add on so the site works. I never saw this before from a book on their log in page. I guess some security feature.

the best course of action with marathon and any book for that matter is to get your account verified first and get that in an email that your verified then go about your business, a book like marathon someone depositing thousands will throw flags up straight away, get verified then do your damage.....they are terrible for how long they take to verify just get it done early and save the hassels when you want your money.....

I've joined recenlty to marathon. They also suspended my account before I even bet in order to verify my ID. I sent all the documents and after about 10 days my account was active again. They do take some time to verify, but if everything is ok to your account and doc's I think you don't need to worry.

stay under the radar and get versified first

I advise players stay away from Marathonbet. (They declined when I asked send documents BEFORE my betting and deposits)!

Odds to good to be true. Some must pay them!
