#37Hi. Their t&C's do not say that there is any issue with a spouse having an account and I cannot see anything about not having an account when a partner's account has been restricted. I am to be honest slightly surprised by this response. From what I can see I have provided a valid ID arranged a call with them at a specific time (which they didn't end up making and offered no reason). Are we saying that they can withold £4000 of someone's money indefinitely on a false whim? It sounds illegal to me. Looking at this forum and other forums my understanding is that Novibet like to use security checks as an excuse to withold money wherever possible. Have I got this wrong?Comment -
#38I agreed to a phone call with Novibet just before the account was deactivated and they did not make the call. I have done everything I can and am not sure what else I could have done here.Comment -

#40This issue is having a serious effect on my mental health and I really do not understand some of the earlier comments on this post but thank you Lonnie55 who has given some reassurance. I honestly don't know what a gnome is. I won't be posting here again as I am finding this situation extremely traumatic. My concern is that my money which includes no material profit is being held without any information provided and I have a family to look after. I will leave you with this from the gambling commission "If you have asked to withdraw funds from your account, the company must not demand that you provide additional information as a condition of releasing those funds, if they could have reasonably asked for that information earlier."Comment -
#41Chill Karen, manager will get back to you.Comment -
#42Have taken legal advice recommending that I send them a letter demanding payment within 30 days followed by a small court claim if they fail to respond. The crux is that this is my money. Net profit on the account is zero. Good to have finally received some unbiased advice. Please take note users of this forum. Don't let bookmakers take advantage with unfair terms and conditions and bad practice.Comment -

You come across like someone who knows they have been caught more and more with each new post.
And your attempts to spam this forum with 5 or 6 other posts/threads to advertize another forum instead of SBR, shows just how little honour you actually have. And that matches how you come across now too..Comment -

The court will not listen to your claim if you have not been through the proper dispute resolution process.
You're very obviously a caught cheat and know it. Who else would be so desperate to try and challenge the terms without even being told they need to!
Genuine female bettors caught in this situation do not act this way... they generally expect to be approved as they KNOW they've not broken any terms..Comment -
#45Seriously? A company has £4000 pounds of my money which I desperately need and trying to access it makes ME a cheat. No, that's not acceptable and I suspect you may have an affiliation to them to suggest that it is. How on earth would you know how a 'genuine female bettor' behaves? Is this a particular subject of yours or are you just a misogyyistic bully? My continued interest is understandable, I have 4 k at stake. Your continued interest is just a bit weird. Hold a kangaroo court with someone else.Comment -
#46Yes seriously.
1) if you are not lying that the only possible breach is a 10 pound bonus both taken, then you should be fine.
2) if you are not lying that your remaining balance is less than your last deposit amount, then that money will be coming back to you.
3) if you are not lying about having engaged a solicitor for advice, then you don't need us anyway.
4) If you think you can come here and spam advertisments for another forum as revenge for not liking the replies you got here, then your opinion about what is fair or right means nothing to me. You have no honour or good values to be judging with.
Now run along back to the drama queen forum you keep wanting to advertize where they keep telling you that you should argue the terms you agreed to are not valid. You obviously do not need or want correct advice..Comment -
#47I agree but we both know the reality. If they find a slight reason they will probably take advantage of it.
Try to find out if he did.
Their general promotion terms explicitly say:
"13. All of our Company’s bonuses/promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, phone number, IP address, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.), same device (smartphone or tablet) and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. The Company reserves the right to determine whether it believes different accounts are connected to the same person, using whatever methods it deems appropriate.
(...)
17. Where you are in breach of any promotion terms, we may be entitled to cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus element of such offers and either settle bets at the correct odds, void any free bets, void any bet funded by a bonus, or remove any subsequent winnings relating to a bonus / free bet."
i guess she didnt run a 4k balance from a winning 10 pound bonus...
Anyone who has been limited, will likely have a wife, grown up son/daughter and they cant just cancel all...Unless they say only one account per household in their rules. (not bonus).....
but they dont want that, they want husband wife daughter dog and goldfish all to lose from one house.Comment -
#48Wife = (already limited) husband; as I assumed from 3rd post.
/threadComment -
#4990% its the husband.... but as long as its okay for wife to sign up and its okay for "her" to lose....then i dont really see why she cant win. UNLESS the bets are exactly the same, and real pattern, if thats the case then yeh,Comment -
#50If husband was limited due to high yield and " " " WIFE " " " started to bet with same/similar pattern and win, it is obvious for their risk team to red-flag " " " her " " " account as well and connect the dots who is actually behind the account.
Not to mention that profitable bettors are usually very rare and to have 2 of them under the same roof is absurd.Comment -
#51agree if the bets are similar...but to simply assume it isnt fair. Probably are similar bets.
but in that case, its pretty stupid to run up a 4k balance, after opening acc AND place the same betsComment -
#52The wife had no idea she has a sportsbook account until the husband had to start prepping her for a call with them.Comment -
