Avoid 1XBet.com - they will scam you / review of this scam website!

I chose to try using 1XBet.com because they offer deposits and withdrawals via WebMoney - however what seems to be a good website for this payment method - ended up as a big SCAM which I must warn you about!

Here is a list of all my recent deposits and withdrawals with this website:



As you can see they are VERY MUCH SELECTIVE about the withdrawals!
If they feel like paying you out - they will pay you out - but if not - you're screwed!

I've asked more than 5 days ago a withdrawal of $1,007 after depositing over $900 so my "profit" was barely $100 here, and I bet on the NBA, with genuine bets, no issues with the bets, the website even said in the email they "approved" the withdrawal but they are blaming the 3rd party processor - Dengi Online - for not paying me out yet!

This is a scam, whenever a website is blaming the other party - you should know that is a scam!
They have not paid me out the withdrawal of $1,007 that I requested on the 9th of December in the morning, and I doubt if they will even pay me out the withdrawal of $180 that I requested today ... all other withdrawals for small amounts were processed - but if you withdraw with them an amount that is over let's say $100 - be prepared for them being selective about your withdrawal - and if won't feel like it - they will simply not pay you out - and they will leave you with excuses that it's the fault of their payment processor - or anything like that!

AVOID this SCAM website, and if SBR can help me recover my unpaid withdrawals I would very much appreciate it.

They have not processed my withdrawals yet and I placed some more bets betting on low odds, I managed to get from $1000 to $1366.
They are now not letting me withdraw that amount (but I can still place bets) - whenever I try to make a withdrawal - I get an error message of "Rejected" in Russian along with the explanation in Russian that in English is translated to "Request Documents".

I've emailed them to ask what do they need because they got a scan of my Passport - so they replied with this answer:

Dear user. You have to provide us a photo of your id card, scans and copies are not acceptable

They clearly don't know English very well - but now I can't get my money and I'm not going to place anymore bets with them - I just want to withdraw the funds from there.

Can anyone from here help me with this situation please?!?!

They are just asking for a digital photo of your ID.
Make one with your phone and e-mail it to them.

All they are saying is that they do not accept scans or photocopies, dont know why but more bookies have the same behaviour, not accepting scans and requiring digital photos.

I've just emailed them a photo of my Passport taken with my mobile.

But all the last withdrawals were not processed yet, so now they will blame the processor for that?!

Yes, the problem is not with the ID check.
The problem is they don't process withdrawals - they keep on blaming the processor - they've been telling me the same thing for a week, the only withdrawal they processed today for me was for $3 - the smallest amount I've requested ... the rest was not processed!

To see if this will be processed, to check that their "processor" works before I withdraw a large amount, and it did work but only for one withdrawal of $3.05 - the rest were not processed yet and they told me (as always) this issue is under review, and then they will reply to tell me there are problems with their processor - it's so unreliable!

Sorry for calling it a "SCAM" but the issues I've been going through with them recently were not so comfortable.

Well, I still don't know the reason they cancelled and rejected the withdrawal from a week ago, they blamed the processor, but who really knows?!
I think they chose to process all my payments after the coin finally flipped to someone there who asked for my screenshots showing I haven't received anything and then out of a sudden it was all processed...

Probably like a lot of books, they're looking very closely at ID, looking for an excuse not to pay. At the end of the day, that's extra profit for them if successful.

My best suggestion to you is to keep on contacting them, give them a buzz every few hours, in any way that you can.

Anyway I'd like to affirm in regards to this thread - that after reading about several complaints about this website not only here (not only your two complaints) but also other complaints elsewhere (which are genuine with screenshots) - I'd like to affirm that this website is very SHADY ... I was lucky to received my withdrawals from them, but if you're reading this - please AVOID this site and STAY AWAY from it!
