    Pinnacle temporarily suspended my account
So, I was depositing from my banking account through Instadebit. Unfortunately, I lost track and the chequing account ran out of money.

However, each time I deposited, I was still able to get money into my Pinnacle account anyway.

Today, I got an email from both Instadebit (account now blocked, must repay to reactivate) and Pinnacle (account suspended upon review).

I emailed Pinnacle explaining my predicament, I hope they don't close my account because I won money in there. They said they would reopen my account later today or tomorrow.

I don't know if I can trust them to do so. What do you think?

Seems rather fraudulent on your part.

        I partially agree, but non-intentionally.
I have deposited with them numerous times before and they received my documents.

So, they responded. They need to have those rejected deposit (2) cleared by Instadebit, before I can withdraw again.

They took approximately 500 dollars of my winnings (which is near the amount of deposits I made).

I am pleased with the outcome of this matter.

You'll be fine. I've had it happen to me twice (end of month bills coming out, my own fault for not thinking of it). They're good with it as long as you expedite the process.

Yup, I had the same thing happen to me once, just took a few days to figure out, pinnacle will reopen account as soon as they get their money.

I blame Instadebit for causing this whole situation by approving of the transaction despite negative balance, any reasonable merchants rejects such transaction if negative balance is incurred.

They caused so much problem for me and my bank account. I believe it's an unethical practice.
Yes, my ignorance didn't help but ultimately Instadebit's negligence presaged all this mess.

Instadebit didn't "cause so much problem" for you and your bank account. You did. Take responsibility.
