I played there,deposited 730 euro with Web$,and withdrawal 1460 euro,now they don't pay.I don't

ask for any bonus,i played casino game on his poker software.

Problem come,

First ,they sent an email:

Greetings,

In order for us to process your withdrawal additional verification is needed.

Please provide the following documents:

1) passport scan or government issued photographic ID
2) utility bill (one month at least)
3) any other ID scan

OK,i sent.

Then they sent another email:

Please provide a photo whith your passport and yourself in the frame.

Thank you.


OK,i laughing,i played so many betting site,no one ask for this,im angry.

However i sent it also.

But now they froze my account without any explation,and they dont reply my email,i think they dont want to

pay me at all.

They scam,everyone take care.

played there for a short time but I didn't see any value to stay there. Had no problems with my withdrawal then.

I'm currently having problems with them too. Looks like a fukking scam book. First they only asked for ID, so I sent it but they said it's not in good enough quality, even though other 20 books had no problems accepting it.

Then they asked for:
- A photo of yourself holding the ID next to your face (we introduced this measure to safely determine that the ID card is genuine and to effectively prevent identity theft and other illegal activity);
- A copy of a utility bill from the previous month clearly showing your name and postal address and the date;
- A proof of your deposit to LeonGaming (a copy of your vouchers is required to confirm the source of funds used on your gaming account).

So I gave them that as well, and now they're asking for an additional proof of both ID and address, fukking unbelievable, they act like they're Pentagon. In the next email they'll probably ask for physical copies of all my documents.
