Never heard of but does not appear to be an obvious fly by nighter setup.
Malta license and some effort put into a affiliate program.
Domain only a year old and registered with a throwaway looking gmail email address.
Appears to be possibly operated from Slovenia.

And 709 eur balance + an open bet 250 eur at champions league game 2 days later.
I did withdrawal request 580€ 7 days ago, via Neteller.And 1 second later i got email from bigbetworld system, that my withdrawal 580€ has been created successfully and will be reviewed by financial department.

Also they do not answer at emails, and at telephone.
I have had sent them 4 emails. Always i got answer from Yahoo system:

Hey, same situation at my account.
I send withdrawal request on 11th Feb. 900 Euro by Skrill. But I didn´t recieved the money. I was in chat and they told me, they have some problems with e-wallet. I send new request for bank account withdrawal (1500 Euro). I recieved these money on monday 25th Feb.
I won some bets at these bookmaker and send new request on 28th Feb (skrill). But I recieved no money. I cancelled these request again and send new one to recieve the money by bank. But nothing happens. I asked in chat, no answer. Same on telephone and e-mail. I cancelled these request again, meanwhile I had new winning tickets. I stopped playing at these bookie. Send new Withdrawal request again on 9th March.
Than I found these news in SBR Forum. Also some bad reviews at Wettforum.info.
At my account are 3455€

Hello. Some minutes ago i speak with neteller support, i asked them to trying to learn what is happens with bigbetworld.
Neteller asked me my withdrawal request ID and IDs of my deposits. They told me that.
"We will check the payments and will try to get in touch with the merchant. Once we have more information on the case we will contact you back to confirm what has happened."

Yes i think that Neteller can helps.I do not know if they can help us to get our money, but i think that they can find what is happens with bigbetworld. Last year i have had another problem with a payment from another bookmaker, and Neteller support helped me. Also i know a friend from my country who got help from Neteller at some problems with bookmakers. Lets think optimistic, and trying to find ways from other persons to help us. Can someone do a better translate? I think that this regulation writes that if close a bookmaker who has licence at MGA, this is not problem for players, because MGA keeps their money at MGA's bank accounts at Malta. So players will get their money from MGA. This mean this MGA regulation?
Can someone tell us if in past happens to close a bookmaker who have had licence at MGA? If happens this, then what hapened with pplayers money? They got money back from MGA?
Something like this happened 6 months ago with Mybet.
