Good evening everybody. This is my bad experience with 12bet and i want to share it on the forum to avoid other customers to be victims of these crooks:
I had about 1500 euros in my balance when i had a very good day with only winning bets and my balance climbed to about 3000 euros, so i decided to withdraw 1000 euros. The following day i received email from department of verification that asked me for documents ( photos of utility bill + driving licence). I was a bit surprised as my account had already been verified about one year ago. But never mind, i sent the required documents. Honestly my photos were of very good quality and very clear but i received another email asking me to send a bigger and clearer copy of my driving licence. I sent it.
2 days later, i believed i was about to receive my payment, but i received that message from 12bet: "I regret to inform you that your proof of address did not pass the standard verification. To avoid delays, kindly submit another type of proof of address preferably PDF format of your bank statement showing one transaction". ??? My bill didn't pass the standart verification?? WHat did it mean? How possible was it? I sent very recent electricity and gas bill but 12bet simply refused it with no explanation, no available reason. At that point i started thinking they did all they could to delay my payment... What's more i didn't understand why they asked me bank statement whereas i made all my deposits with Skrill. I don't want to share my bank informations on internet , that's why i use Skrill, but once more never mind... To avoid delays as they said i accepted to send them copy of bank statement. I informed them that i sent screenshot and not photo because i'm on a paperless billing scheme: like many people now i don't receive any more bank statements by the post, i have them on internet. So i sent clear screenshot of my bank statement that made clearly appear all required informations. But i let you guess... 2 days later that was refused because that was screenshot !!!
Meanwhile i had asked 12 bet why they had refused my electricity/gas bill, and at the same time that they refused my bank statement they answered me:"I would like to inform you the reason why the proof of address did not pass verification standards is because it was a screenshot/scanned copy." ????? i had sent them a photo of my bill !! A photo ! not a scanned copy or screenshot but a photo ! Agents who work at 12bet verification department must be blind not to see that's a photo?? I rather think they're dishonest...
I sent them email to tell i had sent photo and to ask for more explanations . They answered: "To avoid inconvenience, we suggest that you capture the whole image using a digital camera or smart phone and ensure that the 4 corners and edges of the document are visible on the photo. Please send it to us in high-resolution (the least acceptable size is 1024x768).". I didn't understand what was the problem with my photo, that was of very good quality, very clear, and all corners and edges were visible... I borrowed mobile phone of my neighbour, his mobile phone is very recent, and took the clearest photo one can take, as they required. I sent it to 12bet and i sent them too a photo of my leasehold, as an additionnal proof of address.
I believed that time they would finally verify my documents and process my payment... I dreamt... One day later i received answer from 12bet: "Our Compliance Team is requesting that you send another type of proof of address, different from the copy you sent before, as an added security. ". They make fun of me !!! It seems to me whatever i can send them these crooks decided to rip me off and not to verify my account in order to keep my money ! I sent them driving licence , utility bill, bank statement, leasehold... But everytime they find an imaginary excuse not to accept my document and not to pay me !! And the worst is my account had already been verified one year ago ! (But at that time i hadn't had so many winnings..). So if i can give you an advice, STAY AWAY FROM 12bet !!! I've just read they were rated D- and involved in many complaints about confiscating bonuses and others... I'll post complaint hoping SBR team may help me to fix that issue, i have about 3000 euros on my 12bet account, 12bet may think they can steal my money, but they make big mistake: I'll post messages everywhere on that forum and others so that people know the crooks they are at 12bet.
