Topbet withdrawal issues

You should be fine getting paid by them.

Not sure what is normal for that method. Did they give a time frame when you withdrew?

Yeah they gave my 5-10 day time frame. I am assuming that is business days.

They used to pay based on the outlined time frames, but lately that hasn't been the case. I've had some payments that take almost a month, but in the end, they always process. I would say your funds are safe, but just don't expect to receive in the 5-10 days they advertise. Topbet has always been reliable. But it does seem like they're having a bit of a problem getting payments out in a timely fashion lately. But as the saying goes..."better late than never"

Assuming it is business days, it's reasonable to ask them how it's going seeing as it is 11 days.

Personally, I'd probably wait until Monday before chasing them. But I'm pretty patient about these things.

no issues you have to be okay to wait for a month. There payouts vary 7 -20 business days is their range.

I requested a payout and it took 15 business days I checked up after 12 and was told it would be 5 days max, which it was.

Just send them a email enquiring. As for you're funds they are safe just slow to process payments.

Since SBR's report of the $1,100 payout complaint at Topbet, there's been five more reports of similar delays using the same method. We've asked Topbet for an ETA on the complaints. The sportsbook began slow-paying for a couple weeks around the same time last year and was temporarily downgraded for what was described as a third-party processing issue. We are evaluating and may adjust Topbet's rating again pending the resolution of these issues.

Im in the same situation requested a payout on 03/13/16 and still waiting 2400. Soon they'll owe me a second one for 2400 which I requested the following week. They keep saying it the 3rd party billing discriptor. They were never like this in the past.

I would be concerned about seeing that $4800 anytime soon.

These clowns owe me around $400. I typically wouldn't make too big a deal about a slow-play like this for $400, except for the fact that Topbet lied to me & said they sent the money to my bank account(not the 3rd party processor) when in fact they never did.

I got this response from them on March 31st:

Upon checking with this last payout request you made last march 08,2016 ,We already forwarded this request to you're bank last march 23,2016 in your **** debit card ends with **** around 07:34 PM (eastern standard time) and has a billing descriptor of(Affiliate Reward).

There are possibility that this request is still within the clearing time frame of your bank that's why they can still see it .I suggest to please coordinate with your bank in regards with the status of this payout request .

Fast forward to today and I still don't have my payout. So basically they lied to me and tried to say I need to talk to my bank to check on the status of the payment when in fact they never even sent payment!

SBR, how in the world does this book have a C Rating?

I'm writing to inform you if you can help. Ive been with Topbet for a year now. Within the last 2 months I've lost quite a bit of money. I finally won and requested 2 payouts for 2400 a piece. The first request was on 03/13/16 money was taken out on the 15th. I've been told it's the 3rd party billing discriptor and they are waiting for and the holiday that jyst pasted. Its now 16 days and no information. My other payout was requested on the 23rd and money was taken out next day in the evening. Today will be the 10th day for this payout. With everything its 4800. There are very good at processing ************ with multiple people calling you at once to make sure your payment goes through. For the delay they tried to give me a 25 credit to my account I found this ridiculous. All I'm looking for is to be fair a pay the people if you win.

they sometimes take a little longer than expected but you should be paid i would just be patient

I received the same message yesterday when I submitted a compliant. Whats going on with these people. They bother you and srnd advertising but they don't want to pay. I had no problem last year no its just a run around. Thy owe me 4800 going on the 16 th business day for the 1st payout now 11 business day on the second. There very good at ms king sure your credit card goes through for deposits. Lost a good chunk of money last 2 months abs finally won but just send me in circles with the billing department waiting for them???

I play with these guys and they've sent me over $20k in payouts. There were a couple times they got delayed but they always paid everything they owed. Would recommend them. It's probably just processor issues.

I also lost money with them and have got paid OK each time, but it took just over a month last time. Don't worry, it's just slow.

I understand that sh*t happens sometime. What really pissed me off here is the fact that they blatantly lied to me in saying the money was sent to my bank when in fact it wasn't.

I'm in the same boat. Received one payout successfully for $2400 in Feb. Had another payout processed for $914 at the end of Feb. It was 'sent' to my card on the 9th of March. Now they are waiting to receive the 'ARN' code so they can follow-up in my payment. I'd say I feel there's about a 50% chance we get paid at this point...

Bummer. Apparently there are many people in this same situation.
