    Intertops hidden withdrawal restrictions
    Hey guys,

So I started using Intertops a few weeks ago.. Built up a decent balance (for me anyway) and requested a withdrawal via Bitcoin, It was quite the wait considering the payout was in bitcoin but I had no problem as they stated this beforehand and I knew it going in... As long as I got paid I didn't care.. And I did so all good there.

So I requested that withdrawal last week, The withdrawal limits for bitcoin are as follows on Intertops.
    • Duration 48 hours
    • Limit $100 - $2500 per week
    • Costs $0.00

Anyway fast forward this week, During days I was waiting to get paid out I kept winning some more, Enough that I would like to withdrawal again... I went to request one and it said "Payment limit reached" my first withdrawal was not even close to the limit.. So I contact support and they told me, The rule is 1 payout per week, Per account.. and its from the time they actually payout not from the time you request it.. So the 5 waiting days I did don't count.. Now for me to withdrawal again I have to wait 7 days + another 5.. Pretty crappy.

I honestly would have absolutely no problems if this rule was stated somewhere... I looked everywhere, Rules page, Payout page etc.. Nothing.. So I contacted support and was told
"It is not written in the rules, But that is the policy"

Kinda shady, I love Intertops and will continue to use them, No complaints about actually getting paid out or anything so this isn't a bash intertops thread or anything.. just don't like how that rule is nowhere to be found, not written anywhere and they make it sound like you can withdrawal $100-$2500 per week.. nothing about 1 withdrawal.. I even asked if I could use another method and they said nope, It's 1 per week per account and if you count the processing days etc.. It's basically 1 per 2 weeks.

Just wanted to let you guys know about this rule so you don't get blindsided by it like I did.. Sucks.. Honestly don't know how that can not be written in the rules..

    Hi CanadaEh99,

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We can see how your observation would become evident if counting the days between requests. Generally when there is no clear industry standard way of doing something then a book may not spell out a scenario every which way, so I'm not sure hidden rule is the right word, but we could see this coming up again so simply adding a line of text that BTC payouts can be requested one week after your last payout was received sounds like a reasonable idea. We've shared the suggestion with Intertops.

As for the withdrawal terms in general, the Intertops cashier makes them readily available simply by clicking the Info (i) button on the cashier.

They also have an absolutely absurd discrepancy on bitcoin deposit/withdrawal limits per week. They allow 20k in bitcoin deposits per week but only 2500 in bitcoin payouts in the exact same timeframe.

I have not come across a single bitcoin book that allows someone to deposit 8 times the amount they can withdraw in the same timeframe. They do pay, no question about that, but the limits are absurd on every level.
