Giving out my password to some nobody in Costa Rica is not something I enjoy.
I see the bitcoin books all offer 2FA via either google or Authy.
It's a good idea. At least then it would be much more difficult for an insider to use the information that is so readily available to him.
Why doesn't Bookmaker/DSI or 5Dimes offer 2FA?
