#3The web site has all kinds of problems. Clearing cache will help for some issues. A balance reporting issue is probably just temporary like my not being able to pull up lines right now.Comment -

#12I just received my Bitcoin payment today which was originally requested by check about a month ago. It was changed to Bitcoin over a week ago after the check payment fell outside of their advertised payment window. Definitely took a little longer than previous payout requests but I'm just glad to finally receive the payment. Have a couple more payment requests in queue so we'll see how they get processed. Will advise of payment update as they come. Still a little concerned over lack of email response to recent payout inquiries to TopBet. Hopefully they get back on track with that as well.Comment -

#17I hope you get paid, but saying its a good sign that a book is communicating with you should generally tell you the reliability of that book, get money out and be done with themComment -

#20they don't offer BTC payout as a first option. But if your payout by available requested method (check etc) is delayed and falls outside of their advertised payout window, then they could switch the payment method to BTC if you askComment -

#21Any luck on your guys payouts? I have one from January 20th that they switched from check to bit coin on February 14th but still have not received bit coin payment. They have done this before but I always get the bit coin payment in 2 days. But not this time... Payment is approximately $1800Comment -

#23I've been waiting since Tuesday when they said they switched the delayed check to bitcoin. Today finally got an answer from them that it will be processed in a bit coin batch "on or before February 27th" I'll keep you posted ezee please keep me updated on yours as well. The funds were taken from my topbet account and cashed out January 20th.Comment -

#25A player reported today being offered a bonus for cancelling a payout which isn't uncommon among lower rated books but is understandably unnerving. Bitcoin would be the way to go at Topbet; they've acknowledged delays with other methods. Remember that post-Super Bowl lower rated shops that are American facing may slow down.
If anyone is having issues with Topbet and hasn't already done so, file a complaint.Comment -

#26I am in the same boat. Awaiting $2500 payout since 1/20. I started calling about a week ago (after the 15 business day window for check payouts) and was approved to get a Bitcoin withdrawal on 2/14 - it has yet to arrive.
Have been playing with them for 3 years at least, and received at least 4 payouts. The first slow payment I'd encountered was 11/2016, but once I agreed to accept payout via Bitcoin, I received it within 1-2 days. This time its been going on a week since being approved for Bitcoin withdrawal (they say "it's in the queue" when I call). I was also offered a bonus to keep the funds with TopBet.
I attempted to call today (2/20) and for the first time it was a recorded message and not a live operator. I did receive several responses to an email sent to support saying they are working through a backlog of payout requests pretty much confirming what I'd already been told without offering any specifics as to when my payout will be processed.Comment -

#28First time I was offered a bonus to keep funds in. Reminds me of betrevolution before they went under. They offered same bonus to keep funds in.
I've been slow paid in the past by them but not anything more than about 6 weeks. A little bit more worried this time however it's promising that they are trying to offer solutions by Bitcoin.Comment -

#29It would be more concerning if not for the time of year. Bovada is behind getting out payments so no surprise TopBet is delayed. People are reporting being paid which is a good sign. The bonus offers are a red flag.
It's obviously crunch time if TopBet has a problem. Even in the best of circumstances, I would not expect a payout for a month with this operation with huge withdrawal volume with the end of NFL.
What is the bonus and rollover for the bonus being offered?Comment -

btw, They did offer that bonus (100% x5 rollover) at the beginning of football season, not on their website - I got a targeted letter with a bonus code, but since I'm not a high roller I imagine it went out to thousands of existing customers. And a check withdrawal once I cleared it, pretty much within the first month.Comment -

As long as people are reporting payments, it is a good sign. These guys run really lean on processing so they are going to get behind.Comment
