Problems with Bet-at-home - HELP!!!

I was considering opening an account there, so I'm interested to see how they respond to disputes.

Geez reading this hurts...if you gave them a wrong date of birth, you shouldn´t be surprised if they take some time to "investigate" now.

Well I know that we gave the wrong date of birth that is the problem. if you date the wrong dadeau not upset me and not post here but I believe they have been in the account and they changed the date ... and me mad that I did not give any answer I ask to send all kinds by mail to raspund.de why not ask the help: (

thebestnick where are u from? your english is bad and im not sure about half of the story only thing im sure there was something wrong with the birthday... if u tell us where are u from maybe someone from your contry can translate that ?

Lying to avoid age minimum and mistyping/misclicking are two reasons I can think of.

My name is Marius Martin, my username with Be-at-home is .... I have a problem with this sportsbook, I had received one
voucher of 6$ value, and made from 6$ almoust 70$. After that I had tried to withdraw some of my earnings, and like security
measure they ask for a copy of my identification document (ID). I send them a copy, and they said that the birthday on my
ID is not the same with the one that I typed when I create my account.I am almoust sure that I had typed the correct birthday.
Anyway I am over 18,and even if I typed wrong my birthday ,they have my ID, with my name ,address and my real birthday, wich
means that I am a real person who has the right to bet at their sportsbook. Please help me because I don't know what to do
anymore. If I can help you with something,to solve my case please don't hesitate to contact me. Thank you!

I have "apparently" done this at Expekt. My birthday is the 3rd of the month. When I moved address, I logged in to amend my address details (same page as DOB) but saw that only they can do this so I had to email them. I am pretty sure my birthday was correct all along or else I would have noticed as this was the 2nd or 3rd time I had accessed the page.

That day, they updated my address (incorrectly) and I saw my birthday read the 2nd of the month. They said it had always been that way and that they hadn't changed it by accident on updating my address info. I asked them to rectify the error and they confirmed it had been changed to what it should be (passport provided as confirmation). However, it still shows the wrong DOB in my account even now.

Clearly couldn't be considered some sort of minimum age avoidance but still, either I really did typo my own DOB or they accidentally altered it.

It also happened with me once, if I remember well it was with my Betsafe account...I mistyped the year. (Realised the problem before asking for a withdrawal, and than asked them for a correction - and Betsafe corrected it instantly)...so I guess this can happen to others too....

...my question is, that why the topic opener wrote "we".....

I guess that's normal in certain countries.

well thats now a complete diferent story for me from the first post, cose there was something about "stole girl" that led me to the conclusion u did something realy wrong.

After reading through the first post again, my guess is that the topic opener used a language translation site like Babelfish to translate his first post, and he is from Romania (as few words like "explicatii", which is a romanian word according to google, remained in his original language...)

you used a voucher to deposit , by what way have you asked for them to send it back to you?

Bank transfer? moneybookers? other?

They may think you are a fraud, using friends name or other thing to get money back.

I have filled in the form twice by the forum and i have not received any answer in a month,and the cash i didn't receive until know,i remained with the account closed and i didn't get any answer nor to e-mails.In my opinion,dodge this betting office because they are insecure although,in a end,with of help of the forum moderators i hope to clear my problem.thanx
