Bovada account not credited with bitcoin deposit

I am guessing it was just a delay with receiving confirmations? And it has been credited now?

The bitcoin network is due to be upgraded tomorrow and these delays should go away as well as fees becoming lower as well

My deposit took 8 hours yesterday but call the book if it's confirmed - it should be there

Called them. They told me to send them pictures via email which I did.

They responded saying to put them in .JPG format because it was too small to read. Did that and resent. Been 16 hours and haven't heard a response.

I ended up getting credited after sending them screenshots.

I paid for "priority" fees, but it still took awhile for it to get confirmed, so I think that's why I didn't get credited as it didn't get confirmed until like 6 hours or so after I had sent.

But, they credited me 5k
