#3Got that problem from time to time, too. Sometimes it takes hours until the email comes.
But at the moment it works fine.Comment -
#4I've been getting the same result for days. The email never arrives.Comment -
#6Blockchain recommended to change 2FA so I did and now they say it takes between 7 days and a month for that to be approved. What a f'n joke! Thanks all for replies.Comment -
#7i have been waiting for received funds for 10 hours. 0/6 confirmations. Finally called Bovada and they said it was sent, so we have to wait and see. I have seen delays of 4 hours before but usually you get 1 confirmation very quickly and the rest take time. annoyingComment -

There is step by step instructions here
It's pretty simple but there is one step you may not work out easily without following the instructions. (check box in unexpected spot you need to tick)
Nothing happening at blockchain.info makes any difference to you importing the wallet to your own Electrum wallet. You can go ahead.
You'll be happier once you see how much better your own wallet is and if you dont, just go back to using blockchain.info/wallet... you can jump back and for forward between them even if you want. The data you see inside both comes from the blockchain, not the wallet itself.
If you decide to ditch the blockchain.info/wallet entirely, then for security reasons you should create a second new wallet in your elecrum wallet and transfer all bitcoin to that. So there is no longer any danger in info being taken from your old wallet to steal from you one day (highly unlikely anyway)
EDIT: Here is the part of those instructions you need from that link. To save confusion;
Run the Electrum wallet software and it will ask you to create a new wallet.
- type in a name or leave it as default_wallet and click next
- select Standard Wallet and click next
- select "I already have a seed" and click next
- enter the 12 word seed phrase from your old blockchain wallet in the box then click OPTIONS.
- tick the box that says "Bip39 Seed" and click ok. Then click next
- leave Derivation box as is and click Next
- You can choose a password to encrypt the wallet (that you have to enter each time you open it) or leave fields blank for no password to open wallet. Then click next.
You should now see the wallet generate itself and sync with your old blockchain wallet and all your old transactions will appear.Comment -

But importing to an Electrum wallet is 5 mins and very easy and you can send again with the next 10 mins.
If you want to just do one send them go back to waiting for blockchain.info to fix the problem and use your old wallet again once open... thats fine too. The import does not close your old wallet. Its just like a second window to look at it. Simply deleting the electrum software off your PC is as good as 100% delting he wallet.
Its really pretty simple. I would not be waiting for them to alter 2FA myself..Comment -
#12Thanks Optional
I contacted support(lol) and hopefully it magically fixes itself or they contact me
If that doesnt work ill try your Electrum fix

#14Optional,
After a few *silly* replies from BlockChain support.....i gave up after their 7 day/One month crap
I then followed all your Electrum install steps above... and it was showing my transactions and balances PERFECTLY within 3 minutes:
but now my Newbie questions:
*how do I save this on my Desktop,File or is their an Icon i can install?
*or is this a one-time log-in or do I have to start this process each time(inserting seed phrase)?
Thanks Again

Not really. You are at the mercy of blockchain.info support (who are actually pretty darn good for a free wallet service) until they let you back into their wallet.

You dont enter the seed phrase ever again unless you want to import it again for some reason. Maybe a new computer, or for use on a second computer, for example.
If you dont have a shortcut you can make one by right clicking on your desktop, selecting NEW>Shortcut and then browsing to the location of the electrum program file. Usually in C:/program files/Electrum/ on a windows machine..Comment -
