This has been a regualr story on and off there for years. And the main reason for their low rating I think.

But the good news is that "eventually" they do seem to get everyone paid.

This book is terrible. I played with them for 2 years and they held my money hostage, FINALLY just got it out, not via withdraw but Arb'ing to another book. Made a few deposits 2 years ago, ran to 0, reloaded. Well basically after 4 deposits and running my balance up off the last one, i asked for withdraw. They made up a rollover of like 300k! Fought with them to no avail. Garabge book, hope you get paid

They claim there's a high volume of payout requests now but that you're at the top of the list. Taking over a week to pay bitcoin is not a positive sign, which is where the rating of D factors in. Based on all current and past feedback, the book pays albeit slowly.

I used to play there years ago before bitcoin was an option with any book. They had some unique deposit/withdraw options back then. They always paid me but they were always difficult to get in touch with.

I'd just send an email every Monday asking if you might see a payment this week.

Mondays are probably the best day to highlight your name to them.
