So I have an account with ComeOn. On the 24th I deposited £1,000 into account only to find that my stake size was restricted to a tiny amount so thought I would just withdraw the money as I couldn’t really place any bets.
Anyway shortly after this and before actually withdrawing the money I found that my account has been closed when I went to log in. I contacted customer services and have been told that their security team are reviewing the account but this has been going on for nearly 4 weeks now. They haven’t asked me for ID or anything. I have emailed to find out what is going on and all I ever get is an email telling me that security are reviewing it and will be in touch but I’ve not heard anything to tell me what is going on.
To put it simply; around the 23rd the account balance was zero with no bonuses active or pending. On the 24th I deposited £1k but didn’t bet one penny of that on anything and then have had my account closed with some never-ending response of “we’ll let you know” every time I contact them.
Could someone advise on what to do here, please?
