I have a big problem with my 4youbet.com account.
For 4 weeks, my account is blocked with my balance of 1000 €.
I tell you my story
After I win 1054€, I ask withdraw 1000€ to 4youbet,and he asked me to provide him documents:
- a copy of my identity card
- screenshots from my e-wallet
- Bill
- a picture where I am holding my ID card near my face, and to page wright 4youbet and that day date.
I provide all this asked documents, after that blocked my account. After 2 days get email:
Dear xxx,
Thank you for your email regarding your account verification.
We can see that You registered your account from a banned country. Please bare in mind that Latvia is a banned country and 4 YouBet is not allowing any registrations from this country.
Please, check your T&C:
3. Obligations as a player / Mandatory requirements
